It is designed by former owner of Nightlily Guesthouse Michael Chu , and contains two hotels in different styles .one is Consulate Holiday Hotel，which used to be the English consulate ,with an interior in the style of combination of China and the west .There are 7 guest-rooms. The other hotel is Wanghai Building( Beach Hotel ),lies in the west of the largest natural Gangzai Back Beach in Gulangyu . There are 8 guest-rooms , decorated with the theme of Sunshine and Sea ,with an American coffee bar downstair which provides breakfast and all kinds of food.

         Yongshun Tour Car is the only transport on the island. Hopping on the comfortable tour car , then the driver will take you to the international colonial Buildings, the long history of Gulangyu ,and enjoy the charming scenery of Gulangyu .
